The standard terms and conditions overleaf apply to all shipments. Any special arrangements are only valid with written confirmation from Aurora World GmbH.
Invoices are due upon receipt of delivery.
The payment term is 30 days, except for payments by direct debit (10 days) or otherwise approved by Aurora World GmbH.
Goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any defects, errors, or damage must be reported to Aurora World GmbH within 72 hours of receipt of the delivery. After the 72-hour complaint period has expired, no claims can be made. This applies to transport damage, delivery defects, errors, or loss of goods.
For orders with a value of 250 euros or more, shipping costs are included in the German delivery price.
The buyer is only entitled to the delivered goods upon receipt of the purchase price by Aurora World GmbH.
